1. Overview

Flamewood Flow is a professionally managed and ethically operated TikTok streaming guild, officially registered with ASIC and recognized by TikTok. By joining our agency or using our services, you ("Streamer", "Creator", or "you") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We commit to providing streamers with the following support services:

• • 0% Income Cut: We do not take a commission or revenue share from your TikTok earnings.

• • Onboarding Support: Personalized onboarding to ensure you understand TikTok LIVE operations and tools.

• • Coaching & Mentorship: Guidance on content creation, viewer interaction, and growth strategy.

• • Performance-Based Bonuses: Non-monetary and/or monetary incentives based on predefined goals and engagement metrics.

• • Starter Kits: Optional free digital or physical starter packages (subject to availability).

• • Community & Tools: Access to a supportive community, resources, and operational tools.

3. Streamer Responsibilities

By entering this agreement, you agree to:

• • Stream exclusively under Flamewood Flow's guild ID unless otherwise approved in writing.

• • Follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service at all times.

• • Communicate respectfully with Flamewood Flow staff and respond to operational messages in a timely manner.

• • Use your own verified TikTok account. You are solely responsible for your content, behavior, and earnings.

• • Not engage in fraudulent activity, manipulation of metrics, or impersonation.

4. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.

Immediate termination may occur in the event of:

• • Breach of TikTok's or Flamewood Flow's guidelines

• • Illegal or unethical conduct

• • Inactivity for more than 30 consecutive days without notice

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• • Any internal documents, training materials, or unreleased features provided to you are confidential.

• • You may not share, resell, or duplicate Flamewood Flow's intellectual property or branding without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• • Flamewood Flow is not liable for TikTok account bans, suspensions, or changes to platform policy.

• • We do not guarantee specific income levels or viewer metrics.

• • You agree to indemnify Flamewood Flow against claims arising from your content or conduct.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be communicated to you via email, Discord, or WeChat. Continued participation in the agency constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before proceeding to legal action.
